The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's complaint, annexed at page 23 (Annexure P/4) of the instant writ petition, has not yet been acted upon by the respondent-authorities.

After hearing all the parties, it is apparent that the merits of such complaint cannot be gone into in the present writ petition, since such an exercise would tantamount to pre-judging the matter.

Accordingly, WPA 6970 of 2020 and CAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of by directing respondent no.5 to

dispose of the written complaint of the petitioner, (Annexure P/4 at page 23 of the writ petition) dated September 1, 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from this date, upon hearing all interested parties, if necessary. The respondent no.5 shall communicate its decision on such complaint to the petitioner, as well as to the other parties who have been heard, immediately thereafter.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent website certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
