The petitioner complains that the private respondents are violating an order of status quo passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jangipur, Murshidabad in T.S. No. 47 of 2007.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner should seek direction upon the Jangipur police to enforce such order of status quo. A Writ Court cannot determine the scope and extent of an order of status quo without reference to the plaint.

The petitioner claims that he has already filed an application under Section 151 of the CPC.

The said application may be taken up and disposed of as expeditiously as possible by the Civil Court.

The Jangipur Police Station shall strictly comply with any orders that may be passed on them by the Civil Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
