Thander ...for the DPSC, Murshidabad The petitioner does not want to go back to his earlier school as he was transferred under the Draft Transfer Scheme which means that the petitioner should draw his salary from the earlier school but would work in a different school. Thereafter the above policy has been withdrawn and the teachers who had been transferred under this policy, are going back to their original school. Here the petitioner does not want to go back to the original school.

However, learned advocate for Murshidabad District Primary School Council has submitted that the petitioner should make an application disclosing his difficulties in transfer which will be considered by the Council.

I direct the Murshidabad District Primary School Council to consider the same by four weeks

and till the expiry of the four weeks no transfer can be made in respect of the petitioner.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
