Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. His bail prayer was rejected earlier. Trial is in progress. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
