This is a case filed by the petitioner in respect of his pension. After going through the petitioner and the annexures thereto specially annexure 'P-4', I direct the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) to consider all facts mentioned in the letter dated 31st July, 2020 of the learned advocate of the petitioner and shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner who shall have the liberty to be present in the hearing with his learned advocate. The District Inspector of Schools (PE) shall pass a reasoned order by four weeks from date of hearing and will communicate the same by two weeks thereafter. The hearing to be given by the District Inspector of Schools (PE) by eight weeks from date.

The matter is disposed of.
