Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits on instruction that the complaint of the petitioner was inquired into and on enquiry the police learned that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. The police submitted prosecution under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

In such circumstance, the police have been taking steps as noted above and no further report is called for. WPA 10432 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of. ( Debangsu Basak, J.)
