...... petitioners Mr. Sabyasachi Chatterjee, Mr. Sandipan Das, Mr. Babul Karime, Mr. Dipankar Das ....for the petitioners Mr. Sudip Ghosh, Mr. Apurba Kumar Datta ....for the State There is a previous police complaint against the petitioner no.1 in respect of the Mine and Minerals Act. In the present police case, the petitioner no.1 is the driver of the vehicle while the owner of the vehicle is petitioner no.2.

Vehicle was seized with illegally mined sand. Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 1674 of 2023 is rejected.
