The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's complaint, annexed at page 15 of the instant writ petition, has not yet been acted upon by the respondent-authorities.

After hearing all the parties, it is apparent that merits of such complaint cannot be gone into the

in present writ petition, since such an exercise would tantamount to pre-judging the matter.

Accordingly, WPA 6974 of 2020 and CAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to dispose of the written complaint of the petitioner, (Annexure P/2 at page 14 of the writ petition) dated August 29, 2020, upon hearing all the interested parties, if necessary, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from this date.

The respondent no.4 shall communicate the result of the disposal to the petitioner, and to the other parties who have been heard, immediately thereafter. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent website certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
