Dey ... for the Petitioner The petitioner has challenged the order dated 21st March, 2023 passed in Criminal Revision No. 17 of 2022 by the Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Khatra, Bankura, wherein the ld. revisional court was pleased to modify the amount passed in Misc. Case No. 96 of 2021. The amount so modified was Rs.2,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.2,000/- per month to the minor child.

Having regard to the meagre sum so awarded, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, CRR 1426 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
