An inadvertent error crept into the judgment delivered on 2nd April, 2025. In the cause title of the judgment the name of the petitioner be read as "Abdul Monim Mollah" in place and stead of "Abdul Manim Mollah".

The Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said judgment accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the judgment dated 2nd April, 2025.
