It has been submitted by Mr. Bari, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that in this writ petition the petitioner has challenged a suspension order. The said suspension order was issued in view of a pending criminal case against the petitioner.

Subsequently the petitioner has been acquitted by the competent criminal court and as a consequence thereof the petitioner has been reinstated in the service. In view of the subsequent development Mr. Bari submits that the cause of action of this writ petition does not survive any more.

Accordingly, WPA 7757 of 2018 is disposed of as infructuous.
