Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated in the instant case. She submits that the husband was granted bail by the jurisdictional court. Learned advocate for the State submits that the husband was granted statutory bail on the failure of the police to submit charge sheet. She draws the attention of this Court to the statement of the victim. Such statement was made on the mobile phone. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statement of the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
