This is a contempt proceeding arising from an order dated December 5, 2023 passed by this Court at page-27 to the contempt application.

Today, when the matter has been taken up, Mr. Gourav Das, learned counsel appears for the alleged contemnor places a reasoned order dated May 16, 2024 passed by the alleged contemnor under his signature, the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, the contempt application, CPAN 657 of 2024 stands dropped and closed.

The application being CPAN 657 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the said reasoned order dated May 16, 2024.
