Learned advocate on record on behalf of the petitioner submits that by virtue of an order dated 28.11.2022 by a coordinate Bench of this Court in CRR 1499 of 2021 New Township Police Station Case No. 140 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case NO. 1517 of 2013 was quashed. The instant criminal revisional application has been filed for quashing the said police case. As the matter has already been disposed of by a co-ordinate bench of this High Court. So, it is not necessary to proceed further with this instant criminal revisional application. So, he prayed for necessary order not press the instant revisional application. Heard the learned advocate perused the server copy of the order dated November 28, 2022 passed in CRR 1499 of 2021. Accordinlgy, the instant criminal revisional application is disposed of as not pressed.
