This revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Durgapur Police Station Case No. 626 of 2019 dated 16.12.2019. The investigating authorities on conclusion of investigation, submitted chargesheet under Sections 406/17/418/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code before the jurisdictional court.

Ms. Basu, learned advocate appears for the State and relies on the earlier status report so submitted before this Court.

I have perused the allegations and the supporting materials collected by the investigating agency particularly, with regard to the fact that the petitioners and their company have taken huge loan from Punjab National Bank on the basis of some collateral which included assets. The said assets were disposed of by the present petitioners and the bank authorities on inspection could not trace the same. Having considered the nature of the allegations, the documents so collected and the subject-matter of the case including the stage at which the petitioners approached this

Court, I am of the opinion that there is no scope for interference with the prayer so sought for in this revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1292 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
