It is pointed out by the learned advocate for the petitioners that in paragraph 7 of the order dated 24th April, 2023 in two places direction has been issued to the Commissioner of the Municipality. It is stated that in so far as the Rishra Municipality is concerned, there is no Commissioner but the appropriate authority is the Chairman.

Accordingly, in paragraph 7 wherever it is stated as "Commissioner of the Municipality", it shall be mentioned as the "Chairman of the Municipality".

This order shall form part of the order dated 24th April, 2023 and necessary correction be effected.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
