Today, Mr. Pinaki Dhole, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor nos. 1 to 6 submits a compliance report dated August 4, 2025 issued under the signature of the alleged contemnor no. 5, the same is taken on record. It is submitted on behalf of the alleged appearing contemnors that the order of the Court stands totally complied with. Mr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharyya, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed the said compliance of the order of this court.

Accordingly, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding CPAN 691 of 2025, stands dropped and closed.

The application CPAN 691 of 2025, stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
