Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal has started to function, it wants to pursue its remedy before the said forum.

Considering such submission of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition being WPA 9320 of 2023 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue before the appropriate forum for redressal of its grievance.
