Mr. Debasis Bandyopadhyay ......petitioner-in-person The present application has been filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by this Court in WPA 17712 of 2018.

It appears from the documents annexed to the contempt application including the order which is alleged to have been violated, that the writ petition filed by the applicant herein was disposed of as "not maintainable."

As such, there has been no direction in the said order of which any violation has taken place. CPAN 708 of 2025 is thus rejected.
