It appears from the order dated May 6, 2025 that there is a typographical error in the first paragraph of the said order wherein the name of the learned judge of the Appellate Court was wrongly mentioned as "Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court at Lalbagh, Murshidabad" instead of "Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court at Lalbagh, Murshidabad". Let such error be rectified. This order shall form part of the order dated May 6, 2025.
