Learned lawyer for the state submits trial is at its fag end. Date has been fixed for examination of the petitioner under section 313 Cr.P.C.

We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials showing involvement of the petitioner in possession of narcotics above commercial quantity. Trial is at its fag end.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

We request the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible positively within six months from the next date fixed before the said court without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
