Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

It appears that trial has sufficiently progressed after bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. The Court is informed that three witnesses are remaining to be examined. On merits the petitioner does not deserve a favourable order at this stage considering his prima facie involvement in the alleged offence.

In view of the above, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Accordingly, the application for bail is disposed of. Case diary be returned.
