Mr. Bidyut Roy .....For the State The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Durgapur Police Station Case No. 107 of 2011 dated 18.03.2011 under Sections 341/348/323/379/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Records of the revisional application reflect that by an order dated 16.05.2011 a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to direct that the investigation of the case would continue and no report in final form should be submitted without the leave of the Court.

Having regard to the fact that no information has been submitted to the Court as to whether the investigation

has been concluded and the progress which has been made in the investigation, I am of the view that the petition at this stage do not call for any interference.

Accordingly, CRR 1460 of 2011 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
