There are materials in the case diary suggesting that petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was seized along with illegally mined sand.

In view of the long absconsion of the petitioner and in view of the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1676 of 2023 is rejected.
