Ms. Debjani Sahu ... For the State The present revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 26.04.2011 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barrackpore in Criminal Revisional application no. 127 of 2011.

The subject matter of the application relates to an order being passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore in M.P. case no. 951/2011. As there are time constrained incorporated within the provision of Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the view that the impugned proceedings before the learned Executive Magistrate and the consequent revisional application

before the learned Additional Sessions Judge have become infractuous. Accordingly, no interference is called for. As such CRR 1461 of 2011 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
