At present the said settlement has failed and the trial is proceeding before the trial court. Accordingly, the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the present case and has pray for withdrawing the same. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the revisional as prayed for. The revisional application stands disposed of on being withdrawn.
