An inadvertent error crept into the order passed on 26th February, 2025. In the 1st paragraph of the order "10th March, 2024" be read as "19th March, 2024". Also, the following line be added in the 2nd page of the order :- "All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.". The Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections in the said order accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 26th February, 2025.

The petitioner seeks extension of time to file the application under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned trial Court. Such time is extended by a week. The petitioner shall file such application before the learned trial Court within a week from date.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
