1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor victim implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. She stated petitioner's brothers are threatening her.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
