The learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner mentioned the matter in the morning praying for certain corrections. The matter is treated as on day's list and necessary directions passed herein.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Barrackpore has been wrongly impleaded. The Inspector-in-Charge of Dum Dum Police Station is the concerned respondent to deal with the matter.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate-onrecord of the petitioner to correct the cause title of the respondent no. 4.

In the order dated 5th October, 2020 direction was passed upon the Inspector-in-Charge of Barrackpore Police Station to ensure that no

breach of peace and tranquility takes place in the locale. The same should be read as "respondent no. 4, being the Inspector-in-Charge of the Dum Dum Police Station, to ensure that there is no breach of peace and tranquility in the locale".

Rest of the order remains unaltered.
