It is submitted by Mr. Vaisya and Mr. Basu, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors that they have verified that the petitioner was in fact hospitalized due to a stroke and hence, could not submit his documents within time.

This Court has imposed the deadline to be strictly enforced for all the applicants. However, an exception is made for the petitioner which shall not be treated as precedent, to enable him to submit documents to the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas and the Commissioner of School Education for verification of his credentials and for obtaining the benefit of this Court's order dated 25th April, 2024.

Let consideration be effected and consequential order, if any, be passed by the alleged contemnors within a period of four weeks from date.

The aforesaid order is passed subject to the petitioner complying with all the formalities. 5.

With the aforesaid observations and once again reiterating that this order shall not be a precedent, CPAN 715 of 2025 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
