This is an appeal from an order dated 13th April 2022 dismissing an application under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for default. We have perused the cause shown. We find the cause shown is sufficient. In the interest of justice, we do not want to keep the appeal pending.

We set aside the impugned order dated 13th April 2022. We accordingly allow the appeal.
