Kutubuddin ... ... for the State Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected earlier. They do not stand on the same footing with co-accused who have been enlarged on bail. In view of the incriminating materials and as bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected in February, 2023, we are not inclined to grant bail to them at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
