...... petitioners Ms. Koel Mukherjee, Mr. Mahfuz Murshed, Mr. Sayan Mukherjee ....for the petitioners Mrs. Faria Hossain, Ms. Dhanasree Biswas ....for the State Materials in the Case Diary suggest that the petitioners were involved in procuring flight tickets as well as Visa on the promise of grant of job. Petitioners extracted money from unsuspecting members of the public on such account. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1331 of 2024 is disposed of.
