The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings being Complaint Case No. 643-C of 2009 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Howrah under Sections 379/341/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Records of the present revisional application reflect that the interim order in respect of the proceedings before the Learned Trial Court was till 12 weeks from 02.03.2012, as such there was no interim order from July, 2012. More than 9 years passed and no information has been submitted regarding the proceedings before the Learned Court below and its progress.

Having regard to the same, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 1472 of 2011 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
