Learned A.C.J.M., Arambagh, Hooghly on receipt of the chargesheet was pleased to take cognizance of the offence and transferred the case to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Arambagh, Hooghly on 22.01.2021 for trial and disposal of the case. The case is at the stage of consideration of charges.

Having considered the stage of the case, I am of the opinion that the petitioner has failed to make out any case for transfer of the proceedings, as such, no interference is called for, at this stage. Accordingly, C.R.R. 1293 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
