1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for about 271 days. It is further submitted there is no direct evidence connecting him with the murder. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner is a conspirator who hired shooters to commit the murder.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a conspirator. Photograph of the deceased was recovered from his possession. There are other materials implicating the petitioner. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
