In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court a report is submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Katwa Police Station, District- Purba Bardhaman (W.B.) indicating that during pendency of this appeal the appellant no. 2, Tarak Banerjee has been expired on 26.08.2025. A photocopy of certificate of death, collected by the concerned police station also affirms the death of the said appellant no. 2. The report submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Katwa Police Station, District- Purba Bardhaman (W.B.) is taken on record.

4. As the appellant no. 2 has already been expired during pendency of this appeal the present appeal stands abated against him.

5. The appellant no. 1, Kalyani Banerjee, has already been expired and the instant appeal stood abated against her.

6. As both the appellants died, the instant appeal be and the same is dismissed as abated.

7. Let a copy of this order along with T.C.R. be sent down to the Trial Court immediately.

8. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on payment of requisite fees. (Prasenjit Biswas, J.)
