This appeal is directed against an order dated 22nd November, 2019. The said interim order remained in force till 6th December, 2019.

In view of our order dated 22nd January, 2021 and having regard to the fact that the appeal has become infructuous by passage of time, the appeal and the connected applications, accordingly, stand dismissed as infructuous.
