to consider and dispose of the representation dated March 25, 2019 made by the petitioners before him, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and to communicate the same to the petitioners within two weeks thereafter. Let it be recorded that this Court has not gone into the merit of the case of the petitioners and the respondent is free to decide the case independently by applying his judicial mind.

With the aforesaid direction, WPA 8264 of 2019 is disposed of.
