Dhara ...for the respondent nos.6 and 7 The petitioner is aggrieved that her application for transfer on medical ground has been objected to by the school. It appears from the records that the Block Medical Officer of Health (BMOH), Barjora, Bankura, has certified at the request of the school that the petitioner is in extreme medical condition.
Counsel for the school submits that the petitioner's application for transfer has not been dealt with due to the ongoing Board examinations. Since the examinations are now over and given the medical condition of the petitioner, the Head of the Institution shall forward the application for transfer to the
District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura, for further processing in terms of the 2015 Rules. Upon the petitioner's transfer the SSC in consultation with the concerned D.I. of Schools shall, immediately, arrange to appoint teachers in the school in the vacancy after verifying the teacher-student ratio and other factors.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
