Versus

Asish Dhara The matter appeared in the warning list on 29th November, 2022 and thereafter transferred to the regular list on 5th December, 2022. There was a clear indication in the list that the matter shall be transferred to the daily cause list on 5th December, 2022 and since then the appeal is appearing in the list. The appeal is of the year 2014. The appellant has also not removed the defects, which, inter alia, include payment of deficit court fees.

As on date, the appeal has now become time barred, as the deficit court fees have not been paid at all. The second appeal accordingly, stands dismissed for nonremoval of defects as pointed out by the Additional Stamp Reporter on 15th March, 2014.
