Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of. Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance which is above commercial quantity and in the light of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
