Considering the submission of the parties and looking into the record, I am of the view that the dispute involved in the writ petition is partly criminal and civil in nature and there is no scope of interference under the writ jurisdiction. In view of these facts, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioners from availing any other remedy available to them under the law, before the appropriate forum.

Accordingly, WPA 10448 of 2021 is dismissed.
