The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the West Bengal Central School Service Commission has issued a transfer order to the petitioner on his application to Kalapathar Binapani High School despite no vacancy being available there. The petitioner found out the same after going to join in such school. The petitioner thereafter applied for rerecommendation of transfer to two schools namely Bikna KPS Vidyapith and Bankati High School both in Bankura district.

The West Bengal Central School Service Commission shall, therefore, immediately upon receipt of a copy of this order identify vacancies in the aforesaid two schools and post the petitioner accordingly.

In the event vacancies not available in the aforesaid two schools as on date, a nearby school to the

schools identified by the petitioner may be considered for transfer and posting of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
