We have considered the evidence of the minor. She implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Trial is in progress. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected. 4.
