We have heard Ms. Nandini Mitra, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

From the order dated 8th September, 2020, we find that the writ appeal has been disposed of and the interim applications have been closed with following directions:- "The writ appeal and the connected applications are closed accordingly.

In the light of this order, we modify the time structure fixed by the learned Single Judge for affidavits. Any affidavit by the respondents in the writ petition be placed within a period of one week from today and any reply thereto be placed by the writ petitioner, BPCL, within one week thereafter. This would enable the learned Single Judge to appropriately fix the matter for final hearing and consideration."

The learned Single Judge was requested to dispose of the writ petition.

In the light of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the appeal as the appeal itself was closed.

Learned Registrar (Listing) is directed to ensure that this appeal and the connected applications are not shown to be pending in the docket of this Court. Let this order be communicated to the Registrar (Listing) so that necessary steps may be taken.
