Report shows that, the State demolished the unauthorized construction appearing in Plot No.1. 3.

Appellants, private respondent and the State are represented.

Learned Advocate appearing for the private respondent draws the attention of the Court to the order dated March 18, 2025 passed by the SubDivisional Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur and submits that, only one portion of Plot No.1

was encroached upon by his client. The authorities proceeded to demolish the construction which cause on the other portion also.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the State disputes such contentions of the private respondent.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the State submits that, the demolition was limited to Plot No.1 only.

The private respondent may avail of his remedies, if there be any, before an appropriate authority with regard to an allegation of excess demolition. 8.

Since nothing further remains in the present appeal, MAT 610 of 2025 along with connected applications are disposed of.
