The writ petitioner is aggrieved that despite order dated 08.03.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia on the O. C., Bhimpur Police Station to ensure implementation of an order of injunction passed in T. S. No. 74 of 2022, the private respondents continue to violate the same.

Counsel for the State produces the instructions of the O. C., Bhimpur Police Station and the same is taken on record. It appears that proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. have been taken out and two FIRs have been registered at the instance of the writ petitioner and the private respondents. FIRs have resulted in charge sheet being Charge Sheet No. 53 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022 and Charge Sheet No. 86 of

2022 dated 31.03.2022.

There is, in the opinion of this Court some likelihood of breach of peace.

The O. C., Bhimpur Police Station shall deploy a police picket in the locale for a period of seven days comprising of three constables. The O. C., Bhimpur Police Station shall maintain regular vigil on the said premises and ensure that the injunction passed by the Civil Court is strictly complied with.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
