(Via Video Conference) Mr. Sounak Bhattacharya .....for the petitioner Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record The petitioner's case is that his representation dated 10th March, 2021 is required to be heard and a decision thereto is to be taken by the concerned authority.

The respondent no.4 is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10th March, 2021, being annexure P-8 at pages 36 to 38 to the writ petition, within three months from date after hearing all the parties and pass a reasoned order within three weeks from the date of consideration of such representation of the petitioner. The respondent no.4 shall serve a copy of its decision to all the parties.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the all respondents.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
