Petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 593 of 2026. It has been submitted, petitioner is in custody for 1 year and 5 months.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that charge has been framed. Having considered that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 593 of 2026, I direct the petitioner to be released on bail by the learned Trial Court on same terms and conditions as was granted to the other accused being Rahamat Ali in CRM (NDPS) 593 of 2026.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 813 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
